Shampoos, Shower gels and creams can hang around for an awfully long time, and that's even before you put them in your bathroom cabinet. Freshness for us is
vitally important although we work in on of the only industries that sell products that were made 18 months or 2 years ago. However, we have rejected this way of working and proved it unnecessary, and in terms of the over preserved products those companies create, unwholesome. Another reason we like to make products and deliver it fresh to our shops is that unpackaged products deteriorate if they’re hanging around too long. So how do we compare? If you look at a non Lush product, and it doesn’t have a label of when in was made - it could be anything up to 3 years old. We only have our preserved products on the shelf for 4 months.
