Lush are very unusual in that the owners of the company are also the inventors of the products. We were all taught by a wonderfully experienced cosmetic chemist called Stan Kryztal. Each of us have our own specialities. Mo Constantine first patented the Shampoo bar in 1986 with Stan having already created the original bath bomb which went on to became a World wide phenomenon. Helen Ambrosen and Mark Constantine often worked together crafting skin and hair care products full of natural ingredients and with low levels or no preservatives. Rowena Bird is responsible for all of the lipsticks, eyeshadows and bright colours in B and for inspiring solid moisturiser King of Skin.
