Welcome to B Never Too Busy To Be Beautiful section of the lush.co.uk website, which is operated by B Never Too Busy To Be Beautiful Limited. By using and/or ordering products from this website, you agree to the Terms and Conditions as described here. From this point onwards, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” or “ourselves” refer to B Never Too Busy To Be Beautiful Limited.

Ordering
Before you can place an order, you will need to register and log in. Each person is allowed one customer account.

If you want to send gifts to different addresses from your own, please complete a separate order for each different delivery address.

Very occasionally, if the technology fails or we make a genuine mistake, your attempt to place an order may be unsuccessful. Whilst we cannot be held liable for this, we will do all we can to resolve issues arising from such events.

If your order is accepted, then you accept the obligation to pay the sum as made known to you at the end of the check out process together with the delivery costs as stated in these Terms and Conditions.

You will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail within 24 hours.

We will only accept credit or debit cards in the name of the customer. Please make sure that there is enough credit on your card to cover the cost of the order, including the delivery costs.
PLACING AN ORDER IS LEGALLY BINDING. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please also see “Cancellations and Returns” below.

Customers must be aged 18 or over.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a customer’s involvement in a sale from this website if this person, in our reasonable opinion, acts against these Terms and Conditions, including non-payment of ordered products, fraudulent use of our website and sales. We reserver the right to bar certain e-mail addresses and telephone numbers from accessing our website to place orders. We will not accept any order from any customer whose participation has been cancelled or suspended by us without our prior given consent. You agree to and accept this.

Orders
Our products are fresh and handmade. On the rare occasion that we cannot supply something you have ordered, we will offer you an alternative, a credit with us or a refund, whichever you prefer.

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Electron, and AMEX cards.

We use Commidea to provide a secure server for processing credit card transactions. If you would prefer to telephone your order, then please call us on +44 (0)1202 493 789 with your order and card details.

Delivery

* This service only applies if your area is not mentioned anywhere else.
** Orders must be placed before 2pm in order to be delivered next working day (Monday – Thursday). If orders are placed before 2pm on Friday they will be delivered on Monday. If orders are placed between 2pm on Friday and 2pm the following Monday the parcel will be delivered on the Tuesday. This is a signature service with DHL so delivery instructions or an alternative address will be required if there is no-one home to sign for the parcel.
*** Orders must be placed before 2pm for up to 5 working day deliveries.

If you want to send gifts to different addresses from your own, please complete a separate order for each one.

Delivery costs will be added to your order. The final total will include VAT calculated on your products and the cost of delivery.

We deliver to all the countries listed on the order form. If you would like a delivery to a country which isn’t mentioned, please call us at +44 (0)1202 493 789 to find out if this is possible.

Cancellation and Return
You have the right to cancel your order before we despatch it (orders are normally despatched within one working day), please call us to let us know about the cancellation on +44 (0)1202 493 789.

Should you need to return your order to us (see the address on your invoice), it must reach us within 14 working days from the day after the day on which you received it. Please pack it appropriately and include a note to tell us why you are sending it back. We will refund you within 30 days after receiving a cancellation notice.

If you are cancelling your order because you’ve changed your mind then please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods.

If the products that you receive are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of the sale of those products, you must return them to us within 14 working days of receiving them. In this case, you will be offered an exchange where possible, or a full refund after we receive the returned products. In case of damaged or faulty products or products that do not correspond to the description given at the time of sale we will pay for the postage costs.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please note: you cannot return an item purchased through this website to any B Never Too Busy to Be Beautiful store. We’re sorry about this.

Your personal data, which you will have to submit when placing an to order from our website, will be used for processing and invoicing your order only.

However, we would very much like to keep you up-to-date of all that is happening with Lush and our products. If you would be interested in this, you must use our opt-in system to subscribe for our newsletters and other direct marketing activities. When you tick the designated box, we will send you an e-mail with a link. By clicking on the offered link, you confirm that we have the correct e-mail address and that that e-mail address is the same as the e-mail address given when ordering. This should prevent third parties subscribing others to our mailing list. Please note the newsletters and other direct marketing can be issued by us, B Never Too Busy To Be Beautiful Limited or one of Lush’s subsidiaries (e.g. for posting your copies of Lush Times and the B catalogue).

Your data is not publicly available and will never be passed on to other third parties. Your data will be treated as strictly confidential.

If you do not wish to be approached by us anymore, B Never Too Busy To Be Beautiful Limited or our subsidiaries for commercial purposes, then please send an e-mail to sales@bnevertoobusytobebeautiful.com or contact us at +44 (0)1202 493 789 (but this does mean that you won’t get your Lush Times or B Catalogue anymore).

The cookies used on this website will only be temporary session cookies, which won't hold any customer information. Customer information will be stored in our back office system, which is separate from the website.

We pay a lot of care and attention over the contents of this website. Unfortunately, we all make mistakes sometimes and occasionally make omissions. We therefore cannot guarantee that the information on our website is completely free of errors. If you spot one please email sales@bnevertoobusytobebeautiful.com and we’ll fix it as soon as possible.

We try our hardest to replicate the colours of the products we offer on this website. However, because different computers can display colours differently, the colours you see on screen might differ from the actual colours of the products.

Prices as stated on our website are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT. You will be charged in pounds sterling, even if you reside outside the United Kingdom.

Please note that prices and promotions held in our high street stores may not apply to this website unless otherwise stated and vice versa.

Any agreement between you and us will be governed by and construed according to English law. Both you and we commit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

If any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions or any part thereof is declared or becomes unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason whatsoever, the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect as if these Terms and Conditions had been executed without the offending provision.

Any agreement will be communicated in English.

We reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting new Terms and Conditions on this website.
