At Lush we make our massage materials into bars; that way we can use beautifully moisturising cocoa, coconut and shea butters as a base. We also use many other lovely oils and butters (read the ingredients lists – we make them big because we’re proud of them). We also find that there’s something very sensual about melting a bar between your hands before applying these gorgeous, powerful potions. It’s much more fun than fiddling with a bottle top.
