Our glamorous trio of Customer Care ladies are like Charlie's Angels, just without the cat suits. They are on hand to help you with your questions, feedback and concerns about all things Lush.

The Customer Care team is based in our lovely Head Office building in the old town area of Poole, Dorset. All of the Lush Labs (where all the inventions come from) are based just around the corner above the Lush shop in Poole. So the team are constantly bumping into the company founders, inventors and directors and are therefore perfectly placed to ask them all your burning questions.

They really do enjoy receiving your phone calls, emails and letters so do get in touch - they can't wait to hear from you.
