Absoloutely amazing product, used it once and I am already looking forward to my next use! I have dry skin with some excema and it left my skin so soft and moisturised!! Still got plenty left so it should last me 3/4 times :-) well worth the £5!! Brilliant Lush, thankyou :)x

I was already expecting a lot but this was 10 x better than i thought it was going to be! It gives you a great scrub not just for legs and bum but for all over! Smells gorgeous. The other reviews saying that this made their skin have a layer of oil are really annoying me - this product is MEANT to double up as a moisturiser so you dont need to put cream on after! If you have ever used one of lush's body butters or serums then you'll understand what im talking about, this product is a MUST HAVE!

Scrubs up a treat! Fresh from the shelf it smells like Ceridwen's Cauldron, but once you've used it it's like lavender. Is a bit too oily as some people suggest, though.

I knew I'd love this product... and no suprises, after using it - it is by far my favourite Lush product ever! I bought the Big Buffy, making sure to exfoliate and tone my skin atleast twice a week. You can use it all over, not just your bum - and the results fore me - baby soft skin. Smells so wholesome and good.

I think I found a new favorite! I was thinking that the exfoliation bits wouldn't be rough enough or that it would be a gently masage but it is a total shedding and deep massage for the bumpy bottom, almost to the point of scraping. The oil makes my skin so soft. I used on arms, just to try but is diffently too hard for there. Best keep it at the back.

its alright and it just smells alright, it just keeps me going with that fresh pure feeling. this is ok.

i luv buffy it exfoliates your skin yet leaves you deeply moisterized, and it smells great too, my only downfall, is that it does go down quickly, for what it costs, but i guess thats cos it has so many fab properties :)

Love this stuff! I am too lazy to use loations and buffy is a nice solution. My skin is very dry, so it likes buffy :) plus it works really great for that cellulite. Don't do the mistake of buying the small one, you'll soon get another.

Buffy is for my skin great. The soft peeling pieces are perfect (not too scratchy) and the oily slick which is there after drying my skin feels very soft!

I have dry, rough skin with some eczema. Exfoliating and moisturising keeps me comfortable! Now I can do both at once and it saves me a lot of time in the morning. Plus it's made my boring skincare routine feel more like a treat. I hop in the shower, use a shower gel, shave, then use buffy. Very quick and my skin looks and feels great. Would recommend it to anyone.

Buffy makes me happy and actually makes me feel LUSH ! i bought this out of curiosity and it saved the kitty rather than killed it! :D my skin feels luxurious, soft and alive. i regularly buy this even though it finishes pretty quickly. love bathtime ;)

I don't know how long this is going to last me, it seems to melt away pretty quick, even when standing outside of the running (lukewarm) water. The scrub isn't as rough as a traditional scrub (like the ones you get in a tub). It also doesn't smell good like a traditional scrub would, kind of like food, like a sandwich with mayo or something. It does, however moisturize and remove rough patches. I will be buying this again, but only using at night when the smell won't bother me.

Just amazing; got this today also and what i did was cut a chunk of just a small bit thought i dont know if you are ment to but i thought it will last longer that way XD enaways after useing this my skin smelt so nice and smooth and soft it is so nicceee =] i have pale skin but this stuff has made it a bit darker and really wonderful will be getting this again =D.((Was wondering if this product goes out of date by any time if any one knows could you get back and how long does it last for week wise? ]] Thanks Jennyx

Gives a very good exfoliation and leaves your skin feeling very moisturised afterwards. The only problem I have with it, is I don't think it's going to last me very long :( Otherwise I really like this product.

This is a fab one! I don't like weak exfolients and this one suits me perfect! It always leaves my skin super soft and lasts for ages!

I used it last night for the first time and i am now hooked. I wouldn't use this every day as i dont like exfoliating every day but deffo 1-2 times a week. It leaves your skin so so soft. My bf even commented how soft my skin felt :) now thats a miracle because he never notices anything hehehe.

I bought this to win a larger Lush pack...which I didn't, oh well. Anyway, I first used it in between dying my hair when I didn't want to waste water in the shower. It is absolutely the best exfoliator I've ever used. My whole body felt smooth and moisturised. I kept asking my Mum to feel my arms for the rest of the night as they felt so silky smooth! Good one, Lush.

This was the first body butter i have tried again (my hubby went and got me lots of lush treats to cheer me up) I've also got king of skin but haven't tried that one yet! The exfoliation of buffy is great, along with the fantastic moisturising that it does! I've never had a problem with my skin till we moved into a hard water area and it's starting to feel like it always has - this will definatley be replaced when it runs out!!

Buffy is my absolute fav body butter =] in joint place with king of skin =] which is also fab!!Ive been through all the body butters but this has to be the best.....great exfoliation, lovely smell and beautifully moisturising.Was so glad when lush deceided to make the big buffy.....lasts so much longer, and because its so moisturising it saves time.....no need to use moisturising lotion after bathing =]I could not live without this and if it was ever to go I think i'd cry =[Top marks for you buffy!!

i am very pleased with this product!! i thought i'd just try it out, and i thought it was a bit of a waste just using the smaller one on my butt, so i just used it all over. it is really great! it exfoliates with the ground rice and aduki beans, it feels amazing! and not only that, but when you dry yourself off, you are moisturised extremely well! not my fave tho, that would be Aqua Mirabilis xx

Really liked this one. Superb for getting rid of fake-tan stains and dry skin. I really love the way it exfoliates and moisturises, as now summer is here, I don't like putting heavy creams on in heat. Definatly would recommend buying it.

This is such a great product! I used it in the shower and it exfoliated my skin beautifully. What's more, it doesn't completely rinse off, leaving a lovely slick of cocoa butter on my skin. This saved me having to moisturise afterwards which meant I didn't have to nick my mum's Dream Cream like I normally do!

i bought this today from the preston shop as my mate from work said to try it. i got it home and it has made my skin soft and shiny even my boyfriend has used it. i am defo gonna buy the big buffy.

OK i do love the exfoliating and moisturising proporties of this, but once its dried, it starts to smell a bit like stale beer.my boyfriend actually said that i stink of beer and asked if i'd been drinking.i didnt notice it at first but once he mentioned it, i definately noticed it.its kind of like youve been on a night out, got totally paggered, spilt some old man's beer all over your arm and not showered the next morning.if it smelt nicer, id give it 5 because i looove everything about it apart from that.

For those of us with very dry skin, Buffy is a blessing. After a shower with it, you won't need any additional body lotion and will feel soft and pampered all throughout the day. It may not be for everybody because it does leave quite a glaze on you. Personally, I like to use it on particularly dry areas instead of giving myself an all-over scrub with it. Because of Buffy's richness, I prefer to use it towards the end of the day rather than in the morning, too. Its big plus really is its moisturising smooshiness and the fact that I love body scrubs.

Yup, does what it says on the tin. Buffs you to perfection.Leaves a nice glaze to the skin - just enough so you don't feel like you have been dunked in a vat of lard.Smells nice and lots of exfoliant throughout the block.

I just cannot say enough good things about this product, it's my alltime favourite. It smells lovely, it's easy to use, it makes my skin feel smooth and silky for days after and my husband loves the way my bum feels after I've used this.

I cannot praise this body butter enough! I recently transferred to the Big Buffy - simply because I used the smaller one all too soon (though it lasts forever - think mine lasted a few months - and I shower every day!) The smell is gorgeous, and it makes your skin feel extremely soft. Thank you to Lush for creating this fab product!

don't even hesitate about buying this. it is fantastic I buy too much in case I ever run out, I use it mostly on my upper arms then my thighs and bum. I have told everyone i know about it and they use it now too. and the scent it leaves on your skin is amazing, don't be put off by the boring colour compared to the other lush products,

When I first came across this product I was a little put out by the price ( I dont like paying for something that wont work, dont we all!) but I can honestly say I am glad I was proved wrong! It smells devine and really does the job, my skin feel goregous and that feeling lasts long after I have got out the shower. Whats more the buffy lasts a while for metoo.I am actually back buying more right now + a tinas I leftmy last oneout and it got ruined by sitting in water. Anybody thinking of gettin this product buy the tin too its worth it!

What can I say...NEVER SHAVE WITHOUT IT! It really does do what it says on the tin, which by the way is the best place to keep it....means you have to buy two (to get the free tin) but you won't regret it. Exfoliating, moisterising, you don't need much and it's quick, no having to reach every bit and rub in a liquid moisteriser, one rub over with this and your done! Love it.

Buffy is great at exfoliating and moisturizing my skin. i use it twice a week or so and after using all the exfoliating body butters, this one is my all-around favorite. it lasts ages if you keep it dry, it really exfoliates and it is very moisturizing. i am one of those people that does not like the greasy film left over so i go over my body with a few swipes of whichever Lush soap i have on hand just to cut through the grease. the only drawback is the lack of an interesting smell...i really like the smell of You Snap the Whip. in my ideal world, Lush would combine the exfoliating/moisturizing properties of Buffy with the smell/color of YSTW.

Now I have been told not to put my Buffy under the shower water it may last more than 4 showers!!!!! It is an amazing product...my skin feels so soft with no need for moisturiser...fantastic in the summer cause I can get overload with using to many creams on my skin...with this and Mirablis my scaley alligator legs are banished to history!!!! xxxxx

x_lovelush_x -No, you don't need another soap or anything, it cleans at the same time!I got this for my mum for her birthday (free from a forum party which is even better!), and tried it out myself when she wasn't looking ^^ Leaves me feeling really scrubbed and clean, and really soft too! Works like magic! Plus it seems you can get loads of uses out of it, despite it being mostly melty butters. My mum likes it too! Result!

I went to Ragdale Hall, a top spa in the UK, two weeks after using this for a few days. All the therapists remarked on what good condition my skin was in, and asked what I use on it.

Where would I be without Buffy? It feels great onmy skin and leavesmy whole bodysmooth and glowing. After I've dried myself down it feels like I've slathered my body with rich creamy body lotion! It even gets rid of the horrible bumpy skin I sometimes get on the backs of my arms. I buy these for my friends and family every time one of them hasa birthday or if I'm just feeling generous.

This is one of the most amazing things I've ever tried. My weight has fluctuated considerably throughout my life due to my health, and the unfortunate result has been the most unsightly stretch-marks most noticeable on my upper arms. It has been such a problem, especially during summer when I ought to be able to wear sleeveless tops but can't. This works wonders. Of course, I'll never get rid of the marks altogether, but Buffy makes them much MUCH less noticeable. I have knocked off a star simply because even the big Buffy doesn't last five minutes. I think I need one the size of a shoebox. For this reason it's quite a costly treatment.

I used this butter for the first time last night and it really made my skin feel amazing. I was a little worried by the slippery coating that it left after rinsing it off but this soon went and left my skin feeling moisturised and smooth. I usually use a moisturiser or baby oil after the shower but because this has cocoa butter in it and leaves some on my skin I don't need the extra moisture now.

I've read so many good reviews on this so decided to try it out and thought it was amazing, it got rid of all the dead skin and made my skin beautifully smooth, and smelling lovely. I can't beleive i didn't buy it sooner, will be getting big buffy next though as it doesn't last long!!

I got a free sample of this from my local Lush and it was so good I went back and bought some! It makes my skin so soft and evens out skin tone as it stimulates blood flow. You have to warm it up but after that its easy to use and you wonder how you've managed all these years!!

I bought this along with You Snap The Whip, i found this to be better than YSTW, but love snap cause of the smell. The smell of buffy is great and i love the exfoilator, prefer this one to snap. i found buffy to be a more harsher exfoilator which is what i like.I only wish that i had bought the big buffy. that is next on my list :) Over all the smell is lovely and i love the oily film it leaves made my legs feel sexy and smooth (words of my partner).So a 10/10!

Having read such fab reviews on here, I decided to go to my local Lush and buy this, I'm glad I did! It made my skin really silky smooth. Great at exfoliating, but not too harsh either. It does leave a slight oily residue on the skin, but it absorbs perfectly after a while! Great for dry skins such as myself. Would recommend to anyone, I'm definetely going to be buying another batch! Converted, Lush!!

Fabulous product and smells gorgeous but doesn't last for long though so I keep this for the gym or when I'm in a rush. Very convenient and no bulky bottle to carry around. Highly recommended!!

Buffy is a harsh exfoliator, you need to wash before. Afterwards you are left with a layer of what feels like grease on your skin. Don't bath share as men will not be impressed! It seems to do the job for winter legs, the next morning my skin was uber smooth. I got this free and time will tell if I will purchase again.

After getting this in a gift set, I felt obliged to try it, but I was disappointed. I didn't find it all that exfoliating, and I didn't thik it did a greatjob of moistruising either. All it really did was practically waterproof my skin with a waxy layer that refused to go away (it didn't "sink in" as other reviewers claim) I'll be sticking with Aqua Mirabilis in future.

After having had my partner use 'Buffy' only once on me in the bath, I can honestly say that it has most certainly helped my red, itchy, flaky and tight back. It exfoliated it and got rid of that and soothed it too. Yes it can feel very slippery/oily afterwards but that is nice once you've got out of the bath and dried off; it then only feels moisterurised and smooth. Bliss for eczema sufferers. (not even used it on my bum yet)

Yes, it's oily.I didn't expect it to be SO oily, it really is very much like being coated in chip fat. HOWEVER, the effects have been a dream come true for me!It has amazingly good exfoliating properties. You pick it up in the shop and it's so smooth you wonder how it can possibly exfoliate, but when you use it, it's extremely rough. It smells nice and is really satisfying to use. And Oh My God, I have such nice, smooth skin now!Use it AFTER you soap, because you can't soap over the oil. Don't wash the oily layer off, it calms down and sinks in after a few minutes.Somepeoplehavecomplainedaboutoilytowels. I'd reccomend having a separate towel to be your 'oily' one,andjustpattingyourselfdrywith it, so you don't ruin your other ones.Nothing has worked better for me.

This soap is absolutely fantastic! I was quite dubious about it the first time I usedit, but it really works. Your skin feels lovely and soft, and you don't need to use huge amounts - unlike other products that I've used.

Buffy is quite rough but worth a try, It makes your skin smooth , but I didnt really know how to use it so I didnt get the full effect. Still, it is quite nice to smell.

This was recommended to me and I was a littlereluctant at first. It is a bit rough in texture so if you're not used to exfoliating you might get a suprise!! Bear with it though as it does make your skin lovely and soft. Great for tops of armsI suggest not leaving it in the shower/bath area as it will get wasted (in the none drunk sense I mean!). It does make your skin feel a bit greasy but you can eitherrub this with a flannel in the shower or leave it, pat skin dry and the feeling goes. Really worth a try

I was recommended this product but after using i was not impressed, it does leave your skin feeling very soft and smooth but only because it feel like there is a layer of oil over it, which i couldnt scrub off. I prefer a exfoliater, this made me feel dirtier after i'd used it!

gets rid of all your lumpy bumpy on yer bum bum and off your thighs.Really tightened them up. Nice woody, calm smell. Ignore the oil layer, just wipe off. Really lovely this definately get if the cellulite monter attacks!Oh and dont leave it trapped up with no oxygen as it gets little greeny/blacky lumps on top, but just scrape them off x

I've just ordered this and absolutely can't wait for it to arrive!! I used it practically every daysome years ago during my university/non gym faring/overeating of all the wrong thingsdays and it worked marvels on my bum and thighs - where I seem to carry ALL of my weight... I then slimmed down and always went to pick up a bar, but convinced myself I no longer needed it - how wrong I have been! Half a stone over xmas still lingering and I NEED this buffy bar - stat! It tones and tightens and I really did find that (with exercise- booo) I shifted my weight a lot faster. The exfoliating action is quite harsh - but necessary! And yes as others say you do feel like you are a walking oil slick after application - though don't wash it off because this is where the softening comes from!I really can't wait to start using this again - it gives you confidence in a bikini and I don't think my review could ever do it justice. I was once told that it works really well on your feet - but what a waste when you can have a lushiously smooth and soft bum and non wobbly/lumpy thighs. Sad that they knocked off the rest of the old name though.

I bought this the weekend and have used it twice now. I really can tell a difference! My legs and bum feel really smooth and I don't have to use body lotion either. The exfoliation is wonderful it really works, before even after moiusturising I could see white bits of skin on my legs. Now they are just clear and sexy.Some people say the smell is not great, but I couldn't really smell it at all.5 stars from me!

You can use it to exfoliate after shaving to stop those little bumps or before using fake tan to exfoliate so you get an even streak free tan! And many more useful things! I got a free sample from the store in Brighton. Me and my sis were instantly hooked! It made my skingorgeously soft and smooth, without being sticky, and had a lovely subtlescent too. I'll be buying thisone again!!

If your on a "promise" or even if your spending the night alone, take 5 minutes to rub yourself down with this for oh so strokebly soft skin, like you have oiled yourself down but without any stickiness, smell aint to hot but thats not the purpose of this little bar of wonderment. Effortless sexy skin!

Buffy was one of the first products I ever bought at Lush, and it got me hooked! After having tried lots of different Lush products, this one is still my favorite by far!! It makes your skin smoother, softer, and firmer. The exfoliant is great and the oils are so moisturizing you will not need any lotion afterwards! As some of the other reviewers have said, it does melt easily, so make sure you step out of the waterstream a bit when using it and store it in a dry place (not the shower) after you're done. It might be expensive since you only get about 7 times out of the small and 16 times out of the large buffy -- but it is worth every penny! This one is in my bathroom at all times!

This is great for exfoliating & it lasts longer than aqua miribialis BUT I really dislike the greasy layer left afterwards :( I find it hard to get off & the smell doesn't appeal to me either unfortunatly :(Only three from me I'm afraid!~Katie

One of the nice pople in lush showed me this bar yesterday and ive fallen in love with it, makes my skin lovely and smooth, and it feels moisturied afterwards (use my bohemian soap afterwards though just to get the greasy layer off!) Even after that you can still smell the oils! Lovely :D

What a miracle product! Works wonders on the thighs, and if you use it gently to exfoliate bikini line, it helps to stop in-grown hairs! All-in-one wonder!

The only thing that has helped the cellulite on my thighs. Truly a god send! I have invested in a big Buffy this time, although it is annoying that it doesn't fit in the tin.

This really is one of my favourite Lush products ever! The difference in the skin on my legs and bum even after the 1st use was incredible! It has really smoothed my skin and I also love the layer it leaves on my skin- which I know some of you are not so keen on, but I love the way it leaves me feeling really moisturised and smooth and smelling yummy (ready for a slap of Karma Kream!!!!!)

Got this for christmas and i love it, i mean the smell is really enticing like a light mix of herbs and something that i can't really explain. Yum!Now for theexfoliation. When i use Buffy it feels like it has reduced my ingrown hair bumps but after the film of moisturing oils has set into the skin the bumps are still as evident as ever :( I wish buffy was more exfoliating (afterbuffy is finished i'm gonna go and have a crack at YSTW)

This is absolutely fabulous! It's my secret to a super-smooth bum! I use it most nights in the bath and it truly is one of the best things Lush have ever made, in my opinion. I hope they never discontinue this. I definitely get lots of compliments after using this!.. Great for other areas apart from the bum too of course.

I absolutely love this product because its so different and great too. It makes my skin feel so soft and nice that i cant be without this one anymore. I love buffy its not to hard on the skin but still exfoliates well ...left my skin super soft and plus helped me get a tan faster.

I was expecting great things from this, so was a bit miffed to discover the 'E45 Bath' effect, which left a film of grease over myself and the bath. However, the exfoliating/emolient combo left my skin so silky smooth once dry- worth cleaning the bath for.

Can't believe i've gone so long without using this! Its a great exfoliator and leaves a moisturising oil. Its so good i don't have to use a lotion afterwards. I love the smell too. I think it smells like bluebells and reminds me of when i was little

I DO like this body butter, but it takes some getting used to. First off, it is very scrubby and you only need to press down very gently for it to exfoliate. Despite the sheer amount of oils, which make the bar very slick once it's warmed up, it can make your skin a little sore because of it's highly exfoliating properties. The bar does leave a thick greasy layer (on you and the floor of the bath/shower... oops), to remove the majority of this layer, i find a washcloth/muslin works better than a sponge/shower puff. I also recommend scouring the shower afterwards with soap. I'd recommend this body butter if you need a good exfoliating and moisturising session, but i find it too much hard work for regular use. Best used before you go out. 3/5 stars.

this is the first body butter i have brought from lush and it is really good but it does leave a thick oily layer on my skin witch makes my skin feel a bit greasy but after a hile my skin just feels soft and it does last for a while

It's a great at exfoliating and moisturising... the only thing is that I think it moisturises too well! It can leave a really thick oily layer that makes my skin feel greasy. It lasts for ages, which is great! I had mine for months before I had any mould problems, but I think that was partially my fault for moving it to a more obvious splash zone!

The most amazing exfoliator ever invented...ever! I'm new to body butters and all of them looked great, but as a fan of the TV show Buffy, I opted for this one over the others and was far from dispointed. Although other people have mentioned the oily residue left after using this, I actually don't mind it - I smell of Lush all day and the oil makes my skin so silky. Once it wears off, my skin is left amazingly soft! I just keep stroking my skin and I want to use it every day! I will recommend it to everyone or anyone who'll listen!

This is one of those products you keep coming back to despite its flaws. Buffy does indeed exfoliate and moisturise my legs and bum, and fits nicely in the square tins. BUT there are flaws. I think that Buffy is actually too moisturising - it leaves a thin layer of oil on my legs and hands, enough that water just runs across them rather than sinks in. So I'd recommend using a shower gel or soap or something on Buffy-fied skin before leaving the shower. Also, as another reviewer mentioned, Buffy goes mouldy if you don't use it up within a few weeks of using it for the first time (not necessarily a few weeks of buying it). I find that if I leave my Buffy for more than a few days, no matter how carefully I dry it and dry the tin, squidgy mould spots will appear and it becomes stuck to the bottom of the tin. Verdict: Buy the small one and use it up fast!

I am addicted to Buffy Body bar, it's incredible stuff ! I haven't had to use a separate moisturiser since I started showering with this miracle bar. Top marks, Lush ! I would recommend Buffy to anybody.

I found buffy amazing and use it every day,and have a smoth butt and legs are never dry.A useful tip to the lass whos bar of buffy went mouldy,Let the bar dry out before closing the tin.I have been using this product for months and have never had that problem

The little bits in the bar really get your circulation going & the oil it leaves behind really leaves your skin feeling very, very smooth, without being greasy.There's no way I'd consider paying some of the sky high prices for 'designer' cellulite creams that basically just moisturise - thislittle (much cheaper!) bar gives your skin a good work out & leave it super smooth- I'd be lost without it!

Buffy is fab at getting rid of ingrowing hairs and keeping skin soft. It is amazingly moisturising too, so if your skin is sensitive it is a good exfoliator to try.

Buffy is by far the best product Lush has ever created. Period. I used to suffer from bad eczema, but Buffy got rid of it in only a couple of weeks and I haven't had a single outbreak for a year. Thank you so much!

The first time I used it, I found it a godsend and the best thing since Palmer's Cocoa Butter as it saves me having to apply body lotion afterwards. I like the way it leaves a smooth layer on your skin and the exfoliating properties of it.

I bought two to try. Was impressed with first bar as it is a great scrubber and the oils prevent you coming out dry skinned. Sometimes I was not too comfortable with the oil layer so I would use Honey I washed the Kids soap afterwards and I'm all happy once again and dead skin cell free. But during my second bar, I had some busy weeks and didn't do my weekly scrub. I left it for 10-12 days without using and when i picked it up from the tin, there were loads of black moldy dots all over. I tried scrapping the layer off and continue using but I've decided I am temporarily having a break from Buffy now. I guess you may need to use it regularly to prevent such things happening

Normally I don't think body scrubs are worth the money or the packaging but this one left my skin feeling smooth and not like it's just gone ten rounds with a dodgy loofah! Recommend using Avowash afterwards for a real treat.

okay it must be said that i have a huge butt and with use of this beauty my butt becomes toned and smooth which is some feat. i found out that it also works wonders on hard skin on the soles of my feet. if i could afford it i'll use it everyday.

This is one of the best products i have used in a long time. Excellent for dry skin as it leaves a coating on your skin which rehydrates throughout the day. If you are a new user do not buy the small bar as it only lasts approx. 1 week where as the large buffy last much longer. Well recommended

A 5 rating because I just can't fault this product!I've been using it once a week on my arms and legs for the last month now and I barely recognise my own skin. It's brilliant if you find you have those annoying red spots on your upper arms and you'll be amazed at what it does to your legs, especially if you've been attacked by the cellulite monster.As for it melting quicky, I've found it's better to stand away from the water flow in a shower, or stand up whilst you use it in the bath and it'll last a whole lot longer.Might not be good for people who don't like feeling as if their skin is oily as it does leave a layer behind.

this makes my bum feel really nice and silky i lurv this product. only problem is it melts soooo quickly!
