When Lush first opened a shop in Sweden, a bunch of the founders went up to the Ice Hotel right up north where its freezing, where each year you can stay in a hotel made from huge blocks of, wrapped up warm, until it melts away to nothing in spring. Our Ice Hotel was inspired by the experience. Helen modelled it in individual rooms of Bubble Bar mixture, scented with refreshing mint, lavender and benzoin, perfect for a reviving bath the morning after an evening of ice cold vodka shots. As the Ice Hotels made for Christmas 2000 were very difficult to keep tidy in Lush shops, it never made a reappearance until the first ever round of revived discontinued products where it was handily packaged in 100g bars. Like its namesake it definitely deserves to be rebuilt at least once a year.
