The Sore Labours balm bar is the one you want when youre feeling achy. It works like this: clove bud oil is renowned for it pain-relieving properties (us oldies remember our mums using it for toothache) cardamon oil warms the muscles and jasmine loosens up stiff limbs. (The last two essential oils are aphrodisiacs so do be careful that you dont strain anything else just when weve got you fixed, wont you?)
